(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural, engineering services for renovation analysis, development services to the government authority located in Stratford, CT.• school design and construction in the State as well as an understanding of the renovation status process and history in developing educational specifications.• The Town is seeking to engage an Architectural Engineering (Consultant) team to evaluate the existing high schools and middle schools and develop facility information, education specifications, and concept plans required to explore the proposed consolidation efforts.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026(3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 29, 2026.
