(1) Vendor needs to provide title to the government authority located in North Las Vegas, NV.     – Create a job order contracts program for certain public works projects to assist in the procurement of construction services.– Job order contracting is typically used for small to medium sized repair and rehabilitation work, replacement in kind projects, and new construction.    – The JOC process is an alternative procurement method intended to augment the current procurement processes authorized.– Construction schedule and work hours with critical milestones and phasing requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.          (3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 04, 2026.
