(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental, workplan, application development and engineering services to the government authority located in Natchez, MS.  – Provide environmental phase, application, workplan preparation, design, biding phase, and construction engineering and inspection (CE&I) services.– Completing the environmental information document.– Assisting the city with application and workplan development to submit to agency for review and approval.
