WRT-4146 - USA (Georgia) - External Grant Writing and Support Services - Deadline November 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide external grant writing and support services. – Consultant will coordinate grants and service delivery research; review existing program materials relevant to programmatic goals; meet and interface with internal staff on grant requirements; and conduct external research as necessary Consultant will draft, develop and package federal, state and large foundation grant proposals and supporting documents, where applicable. – Consultant must possess superior narrative and technical writing skills; must be proficient in writing complex federal and large grants proposals.– Additional experience requirements and skills/attributes: o Previous grant writing experience should demonstrate a proven track record of successful, evidence–based federal grant submissions and funding awards on behalf of local governments. o Comprehensive knowledge of government proposal writing and ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents. o Knowledge of federal funding agencies and trends in grants administration; o Possesses keen understanding of social sciences and local government services, and how research is used to successful grant proposals. o Highly organized with the ability to produce superior proposals under tight deadlines. o Excellent narrative and technical writing skills for the purpose of describing research and evidenced–based programming. o Strong computer, research and database navigation knowledge. (2) A pre–bid conference will be held on October 20, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.(4) The contract period will be one year.
