(1) Vendor needs to provide interpretative map mural services.– Providing another asset to agency walkable, pedestrian–friendly downtown. – Mural will help attract visitors, locals, and tourists– Artwork implementation include highlighting community assets, embracing the value of public art investment, bringing visitors to agency community, encouraging economic growth, building a foundation for more public art investment, and improving quality of place.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
