(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation planning, community and economic development and GIS professional services to the government authority located in Ridgway, PA. – Consulting Services to support transportation planning, data collection and analysis, updates to existing plans and procedures, creation of ArcGIS maps, applications, solutions, and community and economic development coordination, under an on–going multi–year master service.– Conduct economic corridor assessments identifying underperforming commercial corridors, gateway and downtown segments, or industrial areas where transportation investment could catalyze reinvestment.– A long–range transportation plan (LRTP) mapping application visualizing planned and programmed investments against system needs.– Develop, update, maintain, and enhance a fully interactive online long range transportation plan (LRTP) Dashboard tracking.– Review and assess existing transportation planning and GIS deliverables and gather existing conditions and background data necessary to maintain, support, update, and enhance the commission's planning documents and GIS systems.– Advanced GIS, data, and travel demand modeling services.– Ongoing GIS and ArcGIS online master services agreement and Power BI integration.– Public engagement, communications, and technical support.– Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Update and Visualization.– Integrated Online dashboards.– ArcGIS application development and GIS data services.– Economic Development, Access and Corridor Economic Analysis– Corridor Studies and Corridor Analysis– Data collection, analysis, and technical memoranda in support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
