The winning bidder will need to supply a prefabricated, weather proof, walk thru metal switchgear enclosure with three (3) 1200-amp feeder breakers, a 2000-amp main bus, a 1200-amp transfer bus, 1200-amp load break transfer bus switches and (1) 2000-amp tie breaker, and a 2000A main breaker . The Contractor shall complete design of and provide the protective relaying, panels, test switches, control switches, lockout relays, terminal blocks, shorting blocks, blank plates and all other necessary equipment for complete installation of the protective relaying system. This shall be completed according to the provided relay panel elevation/BOM and typical drawings. Supply and installation of control panel system for housing the protective relays and all associated equipment and perform all wiring as described in the panel wiring drawings except incoming wires from the field.</p>",
