CSE-24397 - USA (Methuen, Massachusetts) - School Bus Stop Arm Camera Monitoring and Enforcement Program Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide school bus stop arm camera monitoring and enforcement program services to enhance the safety of the city’s students to prevent injuries and fatalities during student boarding and exiting to the government authority located in Methuen, MA.– The software for the violation/event must allow for review by program administrators and allows authorized users to view, edit, manage, and produce reports on violations associated with a decision to issue a violation for passing a stopped school bus.– Each device installed on the school bus shall include at least one camera and data storage hardware capable of generating and storing accurate recorded images, in a vandal/weather–resistant housing cover that is retrofitted onto the school bus.– The system shall automatically activate when the school bus driver/operator first engages either the stop signal arm and/or red signal lights for a school bus stop, when boarding or discharging passengers, and disengages when the stop arm is fully retracted and red signal lights are no longer flashing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.(3) Contract period will be for one year.
