(1) Vendor needs to provide floor mats and mop heads rental services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.• All floor mats, mop heads, and accessories shall remain the property of the Seller.• Pick–up and delivery will be a minimum of once per week, 52 weeks per year.• Head: Wet– Head, Mop, Wet Type: 24oz.(+1–2oz.); Head band width at least 6 inches; Double tail band;Rental service; delivered in bags; to be warranted against spontaneous combustion.– Seller must deliver clean mop heads on a weekly basis at same time mop heads are removed, oras directed by the agency.• Head, Mop, Dry Type, 60”, and 24” with frame; Twisted yarn; Rental service; with “Dust ControlService”, delivered in bags; to be warranted against spontaneous combustion• Dry mop heads and frames are to be exchanged one–for–one on a weekly basis. – Dry mop heads are to be delivered in bags.• Floor mats of substandard elasticity or having lost any aspect of its integrity.• Larger floor mats cut in half or reduced in size in this manner.• Floor mats with torn or separation from rubber backing.• Floor mats with embedded gum.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
