(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial real estate realtor services to the government authority located in North Myrtle Beach, SC.– Provide commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services, with an emphasis on the marketing and sale of City–owned commercial land and other real property.– Evaluating the marketability and highest and best use of property; – Providing market analysis and recommendations regarding pricing and positioning; – Developing and implementing a marketing strategy; – Listing and marketing property to qualified purchasers; – Utilizing local, regional, and national marketing resources, as appropriate; – Identifying and contacting potential buyers, developers, and investors; – Coordinating property showings and responding to inquiries; – Providing regular updates regarding marketing activity, inquiries, showings, and market feedback; – Assisting the City with evaluating and negotiating offers; – Coordinating with City staff, attorneys, appraisers, surveyors, engineers, and other professionals as necessary.
