CONS-21805 - USA (Farmingville, New York) - Pre-Engineered Isolation Lean Service - Deadline July 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–engineered isolation lean service to the government authority located in Farmingville, NY. • Provide delegated design services for the concrete foundation and the pre–engineered metal building (PEMB) through a Professional Engineer duly licensed in the State. The Contractor shall submit the Delegated design drawings to obtain all building permits and certificates of occupancy.• Mobilization, excavation, and protection of the existing facility.• Maintain all access roads free from construction debris and disruption to the agency’s daily Solid Waste truck traffic patterns, and as indicated on the drawings.• Install of drainage structures and associated piping.• Relocation of existing underground electrical wires.• Replacement of damaged and disturbed areas of existing asphalt.• Install of concrete footing and foundation work.• Install of concrete slab and prescribed concrete ecology blocks and curbs to include but is not limited to: concrete apron, control joints, and bollards.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.(3) Pre–bid site visit will be held on June 25, 2026.
