CASE-1772 - USA (Wailuku, Hawaii) - Disaster Rental Assistance and Disaster Case Management Programs Service - Deadline July 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster rental assistance and disaster case management programs service to the government authority located in Wailuku, HI.      – Provides supplemental rental assistance and temporary housing support to eligible participants and comprehensive case management and wraparound support services to facilitate disaster survivor recovery.– Disaster case management program delivers comprehensive case management and wraparound support services involving assessment of each participant's verified disaster–caused unmet needs; development of a goal–oriented Individual disaster recovery plan (IDRP) outlining steps necessary to achieve recovery; organization and coordination of information on available resources matching disaster–caused unmet needs; monitoring of progress toward recovery goals; and advocacy for participants.– Provide participants with phone numbers for crisis assistance and community agency contacts; discuss use of crisis resources.– Conduct comprehensive, strengths–based, culturally responsive assessments for each participant's disaster recovery needs and available resources.– Case manager providing disaster case management services.– Data management and case management system.– Case management services.– Long–term rental assistance services.– Case assignment and management.– Case management documentation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 07, 2026.
