Tarrant Regional Water District is seeking proposals for Project Title . Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/trwd. The Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) Communications and Community Outreach department is an award-winning team recognized for multiple marketing and communications campaigns, publications, graphic designs, etc. We are the District's in-house marketing and communications agency, and we take immense pride in our work. Due to several recognitions and our reputation for excellence, we have gained more popularity across the organization, and the demand for our services has significantly increased. We aim to continue delivering the best product and solution for every project, but we cannot currently take on all requests with our internal resources. This is a pivotal time for TRWD, with many opportunities and potential ahead. We are seeking proposals from experienced creative agencies to support our team by handling non-priority projects, ensuring each initiative receives the attention it deserves. The selected agency will work closely with TRWD's Head of Creative and Communications team to deliver high-quality design solutions that align with our brand guidelines and communication objectives, maintaining the excellent quality our stakeholders expect. While this solicitation covers services through September 30, 2025, we view this initial engagement as an opportunity to establish a potentially valuable long-term relationship. Agencies demonstrating exceptional quality, reliability, and understanding of our mission may be considered for future collaboration opportunities beyond this contract period as TRWD continues to grow and evolve.
