Description

This critical infrastructure project aims to mitigate flooding risks within Basin C (Lake Maggiore Basin) by constructing a pump station with approximately 145 million gallons per day (MGD) capacity and a 66-inch force main to discharge ±270 cubic feet per second (cfs). The selected firm should have experience in pump station construction, force main installation, and stormwater management systems. Additionally, Building Information Modeling (BIM) experience and capabilities are required. Basin C is located in the Southeast part of the City of St. Petersburg, Florida, covers an area of around 3,400 Acres and discharges into Salt Creek. The project area is bounded by interstate I-275 to the north, 62 nd Avenue S to the south, 31 st Street S. to the East and W Bay Street. S to the west.
