(1) Vendor needs to provide lifelong learning center support services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA.• Promote and provide marketing collateral for the summer of learning event, including its kickoff, as well as all contractor–facilitated interactive programs at branches for a minimum of thirteen designs.• Collaboration with the city, will determine the level of marketing for each event.• Facebook event cover, an Instagram post, an newsletters ad, a poster, yard signs, a sitemap, a banner, a digital display slide and a webpage Spotlight.• Responsible for promoting, increasing and compiling data on lifelong learning opportunities, programs and events• Partners are organizations interested and actively involved in providing free and low–cost lifelong learning opportunities, programs and events • Develops, provides and promotes continually increasing numbers of in–person, free, non–formal or informal lifelong learning opportunities for a wide variety of age groups and educational levels(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 01, 2026.
