(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Salem, VA.• Empty all trash cans and trash receptacles and replace liners. • Spot clean and disinfect trash cans and trash receptacles.• Dispose of all trash in the provided dumpster.• Spot clean any conference rooms.• Dust mop all hard surface floors.• Dust mop or sweep all concrete floors.• Dust mop all stairs, landings, and stairwells.• Spot clean floors or vacuum carpet as needed.• Spot clean glass doors both inside and out.• Clean and disinfect all drinking fountains.• Spot clean any breakroom surfaces and sinks.• Maintain all janitors’ closets in a neat and orderly fashion.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
