MEDI-7984 - USA (Austin, Texas) - Oral Surgery Services - Deadline August 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide oral surgery services to dental exams, consults, x‐rays, extractions including 3rd molars, implants, alveolectomy procedures, retained root procedures and biopsies and pathology evaluations for the residents to the government authority located in Austin, TX.A. Contractor shall provide services as needed before and after surgery.B. Contractor shall maintain, clean, and sterilize all dental equipment used during all services including all preventative maintenance.C. Contractor shall complete and file within seven (7) days all written or dictated reports, records or documentations on each resident being treated as required and requested by agency.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
