CSE-24283 - USA (Gainesville, Florida) - Security Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security services to the government authority located in Gainesville, FL.• During non–operational hours, officer will manage the main gate to ensure only authorized participants and personnel are able to access the festival site, either with a vehicle or on foot.• During non–operational hours, officer will patrol the festival site and camping area to ensure the safety and security of participants and property.• Conduct routine checks to ensure the prevention of unauthorized access to merchant, vendor, and performer tents/booths, deterring theft or vandalism in secured areas.• During event hours, officer will manage merchant parking lot during scheduled times and then shift to manage the delivery gate.• Communicate any concerns with the event staff and on–site police officer.• Direct attendees to designated spaces such as restrooms, food areas, and first aid stations.• Assist attendees with lost children/adults with special needs or other emergencies during the event.• Report all security–related actions taken during the event to the Faire Director.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
