The Government Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investment (HCIP) Project has received a credit /grant form World Bank under (IDA NO: 67140/ D6800-Pk) for improvement of education sector in four districts (Nowshera, Peshawar, Swabi and Haripur of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project is implemented by the Education department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project intends to use part of the proceeds of the Credit/grant for Procurement of Stationery and Allied Materials for 400 Girls Community Schools under Kyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investment Project (KP-HCIP) KP HCIP now invites quotations from eligible, reputable firms, offerors, duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax, for the supply of Procurement of Stationery and Allied materials for 400 Girls Community Schools under Kyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investment Project (KP-HCIP) Description Procurement of Stationery and Allied Materials for 400 Girls Community Schools under Kyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investment Project (KP-HCIP) Terms and Conditions: The Quotation must be submitted according to the RFQ. Details are provided in the Request for Quotations (RFQ) that are available in the office of the undersigned during office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). The Request for Quotation offer and accompanying documents must be received by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investment Project, H.No 1-2/A Park Avenue, University Town, Peshawar not later than on 3rd August 2026 at 11.00 AM. Conditional quotations will not be acceptable. Validity of rates should not be less than 90 days from the date of opening of quotations. Must have valid NTN, GST status, taxes will be deducted according to prevailing government regulations. Goods must be delivered to the destination described in the Request for Quotation. Quotation price should be in Pak Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes/duties and Transportation cost to the destination mentioned in the Request for Quotation. This office reserves the right to accept or reject all the submitted quotations at any stage as per World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Goods, Works, Non- Consulting and Consulting Services July 2016 Revised November 2017 and August 2018.
