(1) Vendor needs to provide mail remodel project services to the government authority located in Walnut, CA.– Demolition of existing walls and associated components.– Demolition of existing floor and base. (grind and seal required before new flooring is installed).– Removal of existing mailboxes and related components.– Removal of existing T–bar ceiling and ceiling panels.– Removal and replacement of existing lighting and associated electrical components.– Construction of new walls and associated framing and finishes.– Installation of new doors, frames, and hardware.– Installation of new T–bar ceiling and ceiling panels.– Installation of new lighting and associated electrical work.– Installation of new smart lockers. (Lockers are owner furnished, contractor installed.).– Installation and modification of electrical systems as indicated in the project documents. (2) Mandatory job walk will be held on October 16, 2026.
