Description

The Project Work is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, designing an approximately 26,000 square foot addition to Southeastern Elementary School. The new addition will house twelve new classrooms, a STEAM / Flex space, and building support spaces. To accommodate the new addition, the bus loop and visitor parking will be reconfigured. The building will be a one-story, steel framed structure with a low-slope roof. Alterations to the existing school building will occur in limited areas, including several classrooms and corridor adjacent to the new addition, as well as alterations within the guidance suite.
