(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic assessment and preliminary business case service. • Draft strategic assessment report detailing the strategic assessment carried out by the consultant to the client at least two weeks prior to the workshop/meeting at which the consultant shall present the contents of the draft strategic assessment report to the sponsoring agency and the approving authority.• Strategic assessment report which shall be based on the draft strategic assessment report, and which addresses any queries arising at the workshop/meeting, to the client.• Strategic assessment report to the approving authority for their assessment in relation to proceeding to prepare a preliminary business case.• Allow a period of at least four weeks for the completion of the assessment of the strategic assessment report by the approving authority.
