(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology managed services to the government authority located in Grambling, LA.– Provide ERP managed services, staff augmentation, technical expertise, and related deliverables to support the university’s Ellucian Banner modules and associated functionality. – Services shall support Banner availability, performance, maintenance, configuration, integration, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable and effective services for students, faculty, and staff.– Work collaboratively with University IT and functional departments to provide functional and technical support, troubleshooting, system configuration, upgrades, integrations, reporting, process improvements, and specialized Banner expertise across the University’s supported Banner modules– System Availability: Provide 24x7x365 monitoring, incident response, maintenance, and performance management to support Banner uptime and reliability– Functional Support: Provide Banner expertise for Student, Finance, Registrar and Financial Aid, including configuration, troubleshooting, and departmental support.– Application & Database Management: Support Banner administration, maintenance, upgrades, patching, optimization, and database services.– Business & Technical Resources: Provide Business Analyst and Programmer Analyst resources to support requirements, integrations, reporting, automation, and process improvements.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
