Vendor needs to provide IBM tape library service to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA. – Agency is in the process of migrating data from the IBM TS3500 tape library to the IBM TS7700 virtual tape library. • Services should include: The TS3500 (3584) Complete Accessor Inspection Procedures, including the following components:– Accessor A, B, or Both– Grippers 1 & 2– PDC card– X Axis motor, belt, and pinion– Y Axis motor and belt– Y Axis cable– X and Y Axis blue bumpers– Top guide rollers– Y Mast Bolts– Tape drive bezels• Replacement of any defective components• Universal Gripper inspection (and replacement if applicable)
