(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic and roadway engineering services to the government authority located in Henrico, VA.• Provide professional traffic and roadway engineering services• Professional engineering services as hereinafter stated which includes normal civil engineering services incidental to any and all traffic, pedestrian, roadway, and other department of public works asset work.• traffic engineering, roadway design, hydraulics and hydrology, floodplain, drainage, water resources, geotechnical engineering, surveying, construction staking, construction administration and inspection services, environmental administration environmental permitting and inspection services materials testing, structures, GIS and related technological support, public water and sanitary sewer relocations and extensions, public participation visual schematic and simulation support and coordination, design build support, private utility relocation coordination, and right–of–way and easement acquisition assistance.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
