Vendor needs to provide permanent variable message signs install services.– Furnish and install walk–in variable message signs and auxiliary control panels.– Fiber Optic Cable: Initial ribboning, buffering, and fiber stranding and jacketing.– Non–ferrous metals: Initial smelting or melting through final shaping, coating, and assembly.– Plastics: Initial combination of plastic, polymer based, or composite materials until item is in its final form. – Design the Sign Structure and Drilled Shaft foundations. Furnish, and install the sign structures at the location shown on the plans including the structure sign mounting hardware, connections, anchor bolts and all necessary items and work required to fabricate and erect the structure to the Engineer’s satisfaction.
