(1) Vendor needs to provide answer engine optimization program services to the government authority located in Texas.– Answer engine optimization (AEO) consulting, monitoring, content strategy, training, and optimization services.– Answer engine optimization program designed to improve the university's visibility, accuracy, authority, and representation within AI–generated search and answer environments.– Institutional AI visibility assessment.– Strategic recommendations.– Content and knowledge optimization.– Identify inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, and competitive gaps, including differences in brand share of voice relative to selected peer and aspirational institutions.– Recommend governance practices, internal management expectations, and guidelines for maintaining consistent, authoritative institutional information across the university's broader web ecosystem, including web properties managed by different units or departments, to support brand credibility and accuracy.– Identify opportunities for structured content, FAQs, institutional profiles, research summaries, leadership information, and other content likely to influence AI–generated responses.– Provide access to a monitoring platform or reporting solution that tracks institutional visibility, brand share of voice, citation frequency, content and source influence, and representation across AI–generated search environments, including relevant .edu and non–.edu sources.– Monitor emerging developments in AI search and answer technologies.– Prompt and query testing and tracking framework, including recommended prompt categories and testing and monitoring approach.(2) An optional non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on September 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
