EXTRA-75831 - USA (Los Banos, California) - Parking Management Plan Preparation Services - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide parking management plan preparation services to the government authority located in Los Banos, CA. – Agency desires to engage a consultant to evaluate parking conditions within the study area.– The parking inventory shall identify, where applicable, the number, location, type, ownership, time restrictions, accessibility, signage, pavement markings, and general condition of parking spaces and facilities.– The Consultant shall provide the parking inventory and associated data in a GIS–compatible digital format acceptable to the agency, in addition to maps included in the final report.– The consultant will conduct an evaluation of on–street and off–street parking supply, parking utilization and turnover patterns, and existing parking regulations, time limits, and enforcement practices.– The Consultant shall identify an appropriate target range for parking availability during peak downtown periods and provide the basis for the recommended target.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
