Description
The County of Greenville is seeking contractors to perform internal validation services for the Dept. of Public Safety, Forensic DNA Laboratory for their new QuantStudio 5 Real-Time PCR System, Yfiler plus chemistry for Y-STR analysis, and 3500 Genetic Analyzer Data Collection Software Version 4.0 upgrade. The internal validation services must meet all ISO 17025:2017 standards and FBI Quality Assurance Standards, effective July 1, 2020, and include all reagents, control samples, and consumables used, travel and lodging of contract personnel, labor to complete the required bench work and instrumentation/robotics configuration within the DNA Laboratory, all associated documentation, such as validation data analysis reports and standard operating procedures, and follow up needs such as availability for external auditors.
