(1) Vendor needs to provide food Items Supplies for fundraising activities to the District’s schools, supporting student programs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and educational objective to the government authority located in Utah.A. Fundraising Program Delivery– Provide food items and/or other products for school fundraising activities– Deliver turnkey or managed fundraising programs– Clearly define fundraising model, pricing, and profit structureB. Revenue Structure– Offer a transparent percentage or per–item fee model– Ensure proceeds are fully directed to the District– Clearly document profit calculations and returns to schoolsC. Program Implementation– Supply product details, brochures, and promotional materials– Support schools in planning and executing fundraising activities– Ensure activities do not interfere with instructional time(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
