(1) Vendor needs to provide resident commissary and financial software.• Allow residents and the general public the ability to deposit money into resident accounts via an externally hosted secure web–based (internet) site and via reverse ATM machines. • Software must be capable of electronically importing (transferring) existing financial accounts for every resident of the facility with one hundred percent (100%) accuracy. • Software must have security levels that provide a separation of duties and limit access to ensure the integrity of the financial information contained within the system. • All systems must be payment card industry compliant.• Allowing voids and credits on resident account transactions.• Allowing positive pay compliance.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 06, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
