DRA-11445 - USA (Henrico, Virginia) - Community Corrections and Recovery Court Recidivism Study Service - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide community corrections and recovery court recidivism study service to the government authority located in Henrico, VA. – Conduct comprehensive recidivism analysis to examine outcomes for individuals placed on local probation through the agency and participants who have completed the recovery court program. – Study shall examine outcomes for individuals placed by agency in the community corrections and recovery court programs.– Evaluation shall be tailored to integrate multiple data sources to measure re–offending rates and identify factors influencing outcomes.– Data cleaning and analysis, the study shall deliver tailored reports, in–person presentations, and optional services such as client surveys, focus groups, and benchmarking recovery court practices against national standards. – The study shall provide agency leaders with actionable findings to inform policy and practice decisions, improve the allocation of supervision and treatment resources, and enhance collaboration across the justice and behavioral health systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
