The City is seeking a responsible vendor to provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to remove and transport deceased bodies from various areas within the City of Norfolk to the Medical Examiner’s Office (MEO), 830 Southampton Blvd., Suite 100, Norfolk, Virginia. In rare instances, a removal may occur from a surrounding jurisdiction for transportation to the Medical Examiner’s Office according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Request for Quote (“RFQ”) by submitting a quote consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
