(1) Vendor needs to provide biodiversity hotspots global platform, brand strategy and web development services. – Provide digital strategy, UX research, brand strategy and web development firm or consortium to support the development of the biodiversity hotspots global platform.– Immediate assignment and will include stakeholder or user scoping, targeted concept testing, desk and platform research, data or API feasibility review, brand and positioning discovery and development, report, design brief, and partner presentation.– Website or platform design, brand implementation, development, testing, launch, documentation, training and initial support.– Fast–tracked brand strategy and development, including stakeholder consultation.– AI capability scoping: assessment of where AI tools could support workflows such as multilingual content adaptation, interactive engagement or automated data updates from partner sources, with recommendations.– Data and interoperability feasibility review related to potential sources.– Translation, UX and information architecture, wireframes, visual design system, content model, CMS implementation, interactive maps or data visualization.– Data integrations or data ingestion workflows, accessibility and multilingual architecture, analytics, SEO, hosting, security, QA, testing, launch, training, documentation and postlaunch support, and integration and refinement of the approved brand system across all user experiences, templates, content types, data visualizations and digital communications assets.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
