(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based grants management platform. – Provide grants management cloud platform delivered as a Software–as–a–Service (SaaS) solution and SaaS Subscription Services.– Implement a modern, centralized grants management system to streamline and standardize grant administration across all grant programs.– Processes rely heavily on manual workflows, disparate spreadsheets, email driven communication, and shared drive–based submissions, creating inefficiencies, data quality issues, limited transparency, burdensome requirements for grantees, and challenges in reporting, monitoring, and evaluating program outcomes.– System that maps and supports its full grant lifecycle, including registration, application, scoring, award setup, payment processing, grantee reporting, amendments, and closeout.– Improved analytics, consistent reporting, automated document generation, integrations with external systems, and dashboards demonstrating the impact of funding and activities of subrecipients.– Data–migration support.– Requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration guidance.– Onboarding project phases include design and blueprint, configuration and build, refinement cycles, go–live, and support transition.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
