(1) Vendor needs to provide medical examinations, drug screening and other miscellaneous job–related medical screening service for employees to the government authority located in Lawrenceville, GA. – Agency requires a provision for 24–hour, 7 day per week service for breath alcohol and urine drug tests at a customary rate.– Be responsible for the breath alcohol and controlled substances selection process. The process will randomly select appropriate employees using a scientific, computer–based method to generate numbers that will either match an employee ID number or other comparable identifying number.– Conduct drug screening by urinalysis on safety sensitive employees, as well as employees covered by the Drug and Alcohol Regulations.– The service provider shall prepare and maintain all required records to ensure the chain of custody in conducting drug screening. This includes the proper notification and recording of individuals to be tested, referring department, and all consent forms permitting the taking and analysis of a specimen.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
