(1) Vendor needs to provide billboard campaign services.– Provide static billboard advertising and presence in five major markets. – Advertisements shall be confined to an area within an 8–mile radius of each of the identified universities when typed into Google Maps. – All advertisements shall be static (no digital advertising or media) in nature. – Advertisements of varying sizes found within the advertising industry may be used—billboards, bulletins, posters, etc.
