(1) Vendor needs to provide tax software to the government authority located in South Carolina.• Requirements compared to surrounding states and need a software package that can accommodate our county’s size and legislation.• Ability to correct erroneous payments via transferring to correct account, voiding or refunding• Ability to interface with GIS to populate tax districts when creating bill in the tax system.• Ability to ensure older tax bills are paid before newer bills for the same taxpayer• Ability to print tax sale history by multiple criteria (date range/tms number/owner)• Ability to create files for posting/advertising/demand and certified notices independently• Ability to access notes from a scheduled report or directly in the account • Ability to maintain assessment change codes• Ability to update market and assessed value per district/real estate/ mobile homes• Ability to create a value report by entity• Ability to apply homestead on tax bills(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
