(1) Vendor needs to provide cyber liability insurance coverage service to the government authority located in Maryville, MO. – Provide a Cyber Liability Insurance policy designed to address the unique risks associated with municipal government operations.– Privacy and Data Breach Liability:• Data breaches involving employee, resident, customer, vendor, or other third–party information;• Failure to protect confidential or sensitive information;• Notification and communication costs associated with a data breach;• Credit monitoring and identity protection services, when applicable;– Network Security Liability• Transmission of malicious software or computer viruses;• Network security failures;• Denial–of–service attacks;• Failure to prevent unauthorized access to electronic systems;– Cyber Extortion and Ransomware• Cyber extortion;• Ransomware attacks;• Threats to damage, destroy, alter, or release electronic data;• Extortion negotiation services– Data Restoration and Digital Asset Loss• Restoration, recreation, or replacement of electronic data;• Digital asset restoration;• Costs associated with recovering damaged or corrupted systems– Business Interruption and Extra Expense• Network outages caused by covered cyber events;• Increased operating expenses necessary to continue or restore essential municipal services– Incident Response and Crisis Management• Cybersecurity incident response;• Digital forensics and investigation;• Legal counsel;• Public relations and crisis communications(2) The contract period will be for one year.
