(1) Vendor needs to provide medical simulation systems, consumables, maintenance and refurbishment services to the government authority located in Hawaii.– Medical simulation training systems, related consumable supplies, maintenance and refurbishment services, and associated support necessary to support trauma, emergency airway management, and vascular access training.– Support the modernization of rural healthcare infrastructure, strengthen the clinical skills and preparedness of healthcare professionals through expanded medical training and simulation capabilities, and enhance the capacity of rural communities across to provide high–quality emergency and critical care services.– Trauma surgical simulation systems, including systems capable of supporting hands–on training for chest tube insertion, cricothyroidotomy, tracheostomy, bilateral needle decompression, pericardiocentesis, and other applicable trauma and emergency procedures. – Replacement tissues, consumables, and accessories, including compatible chest, neck, abdominal, and other replaceable tissue components designed to support realistic procedural training and repeated use of the simulation systems. – The Provider shall furnish medical simulation systems designed to support realistic, hands–on trauma and emergency procedural training.
