REGIONAL EARLY ACTION PLANNING GRANT (REAP 2.0) GRANT ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT

The Stanislaus Council of Governments (StanCOG) seeks a qualified consultant (Consultant) to support the development and implementation of the activities funded by the California Department of Housing and Community Development’s (HCD’s) Regional Early Action Planning (REAP) 2.0 Grant of 2021. Technical proposals must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements, format, and guidelines presented in this Request For Qualifications (RFQ) document. The Consultant shall be responsible for grant administration and compliance, financial management, cost and expenditure monitoring and allocation, progress reporting, procurement, and adherence to grant guidelines, policies and procedures, and providing technical assistance to StanCOG, local agency subrecipients, and other stakeholders.
