(1) Vendor needs to provide oyster implementation for the living breakwaters project biological monitoring service to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – Conduct biological monitoring of the living breakwaters project, including:• Growth, mortality and recruitment assessment:– Annual monitoring.– Substrate surveys.– Field parameters.– Spat counting.• Reproduction and disease evaluation (MSX & dermo):– Biological sampling.– Histological analysis.– Disease testing.– Condition index.• Epibenthic community utilization documentation:– Biodiversity surveys.– Taxonomic identification.– Abundance and cover.• Adaptive management field observations:– Structural integrity.– Predation monitoring.– Corrective recommendations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
