Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide systemwide commissioning services to the government authority located in New York. – Develop and communicate an understanding of Design Intent (project requirements) in conjunction with agency, Owner's construction Contractor, and the project design team. For renovation projects, this includes familiarization with existing buildings and associated existing equipment and systems that may be impacted by the new construction.– Review and comment on design phase project deliverables, including Design Intent Document, drawings, and specifications for clarity, completeness, and compliance with the Owner's Design Guidelines at various stages of development (during schematic design, design development, and construction document phases).– 1.6 Assist the project design team with preparation of project–specific commissioning specifications for all commissioned equipment based on Owner's master construction specifications if available.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on September 17, 2026.
