(1) Vendor needs to provide bench information technology services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. – Provide immediate support to meet short–term information technology (IT) service.– Assess, modernize, migrate, convert, implement, and deploy agency legacy applications and application code bases in the Microsoft Azure environment, with a primary focus on .NETmodernization, CI/CD, Azure App Services, Key Vault, monitoring, Azure AI integration, and cloud architecture.– Evaluate and integrate Azure AI services and APIs into agency applications to support applicationmodernization, automation, and enhanced business functionality.– Assess existing legacy applications and code bases and develop recommendations and technical approaches for converting .NET Framework applications to modern .NET/.NET Core technologies– Design, implement, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other approved Microsoft technologies to automate application builds, testing, and deployments.– Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues within C# and .NET application code bases.
