(1) Vendor needs to provide food and beverage operator services to the government authority located in Texas.– Provide food, beverage, and related hospitality services at the pavilion– Operator will be responsible for managing, staffing, marketing, and operating food and beverage services in a manner that enhances visitor experience, supports community activation, and maximizes revenue opportunities while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service– The facility is expected to host a variety of public and private events, including:• Regular food and beverage service for visitors and trail users• Concerts and live entertainment• Festivals and community celebrations• Farmers markets and special events• Corporate and private rentals• Family programming and recreational activitiesA. Food and Beverage Operationso Develop and implement a food and beverage program appropriate for an outdoor public venue.o Offer a diverse menu with a variety of price points.o Include family–friendly and healthy menu options.B. Event Food and Beverage Serviceso Provide concession services during public events.o Coordinate food and beverage service requirements for private rentals.o Offer catering packages for venue clients.C. Staffing and ManagementD. Marketing and Community Engagement• Collaborate with the Owner on venue branding and promotions.• Promote food and beverage offerings through digital and social media platforms.• Participate in community events and special programming.(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on October 1,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
