Vendor needs to provide towing service to the government authority located in Durham, NC.• Utilize heavy–duty towing and recovery equipment specifically designed and appropriately rated for transit buses.• Maintain the equipment, personnel, and capability necessary to safely tow transit buses from either the front or rear, as appropriate based on the vehicle’s condition and the nature of the incident.• Perform all towing and recovery operations in accordance with applicable vehicle manufacturer recommendations, applicable laws and regulations, and recognized industry best practices.
