(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing, advertising, media strategy, social media management, and creative content and website support service for savings programs.(1) increase awareness and usage of Savings Programs with prospective customers, (2) increase engagement with current customers to support and grow savings activities, and (3) create, maintain, and disseminate content used by current and prospective customers to increase and grow trust in the savings programs customers are using to support and achieve their goals.1. Strategic Marketing Services and Support– Provide ongoing, comprehensive social media management for all official Treasury platforms, including social media content planning and creation, scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and reporting necessary to support Marketing Services2. Creative Services and Creative Production– Conceptualize, create, produce, edit, update, and modify all new and existing creative content needed to support Treasury’s Strategic Marketing Plan and Program Marketing Plans.3. Comprehensive Website Hosting, Management, Design, Development, and Other Digital Services– Website support may include, but is not limited to, reviewing, enhancing, or creating website content, website structure, website performance, website accessibility, website copy, website layout and design, and other website–related requests as appropriate and advisable(2) A pre–proposal conference meeting will be held on November 16, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026.
