Debris Grinding at Landfill

Richland County is seeking electronic bids from qualified suppliers to provide all equipment necessary to move, clean, and grind the debris, and to place it in windrows or storage piles. The contractor shall excavate and remove dirt and foreign objects (non-wood debris) from the debris to prep for grinding.
