EQU-18836 - USA (Flushing, New York) - Parking Management System Equipment Installation and Maintenance Services - Deadline September 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide parking management system (PMS) equipment installation and maintenance services to the government authority located in Flushing, NY.– PMS revenue equipment must be able to provide data on usage and revenue for all parking lots.– Capable of providing Parking Lots access to and collecting revenue.– Allow the corporation to process and issue prepaid parking permits that permit entry into the parking lot through the PMS traffic control gates.– Allow corporation to process and issue prepaid monthly and weekly parking permits for the general public that permit entry into the parking lot through the PMS traffic control gates.– Capability of sending programmed alerts to Corporation and college–designated individuals. Alerts shall include, without exception, hung gate, waived parking fee, voided tickets and revenue data.– Provide real–time differential counting with the ability to activate a remote FULL sign.– Payment Integration: The traffic control gates should support touchless payments, pay–in–lane stations, and pay–on–foot kiosks to reduce congestion and speed up exit times.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
