MEDI-8037 - USA (Springfield, Illinois) - Comprehensive Firefighter Occupational Medical Examination and Fitness Services - Deadline September 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive firefighter occupational medical examination and fitness services to the government authority located in Springfield, IL.– Program is intended to support early identification of occupationally relevant health risks, fitness for duty, cardiovascular and respiratory health, hearing conservation, cancer–risk awareness, and longitudinal wellness efforts while protecting individual medical confidentiality.– Approximately 220 firefighters may participate annually.– Health risk assessment:– Online health risk assessment or questionnaire addressing relevant lifestyle patterns and health risks.– Laboratory testing, pulmonary function and vision:– Venipuncture and urine collection.– Comprehensive metabolic panel.– Biometrics, cardiac screening, hearing and physician examination:– Blood pressure.– Height and weight.– Firefighter fitness assessment:– A complete, firefighter–specific fitness assessment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
